  Very polite staff, made sure you knew anything you wanted to know and more and was happy to do it. Made sure the process wasn’t stressful and they weren’t hard to get ahold of(no voicemails) .

  I am from out of state, so I am not familiar with apartment expectations in this area, but I will go through my experience to give. Pulling into the parking lot I saw the trash cans were overflowing which is usually a sign that you are not in a good apartment place, but I still wanted to see what they could offer. Initially walking into the office there was not a warm greeting, I was actually pretty much ignored until I was asked to take a seat, and they will be right with me. When helped I explained I am the one who made the appointment from out of state and traveled to view apartments and complete paperwork. My initial persona I interacted with explained they were sick and looking to go home, and they thought I would be arriving another day (Which I called twice to double check the scheduled time we had, took PTO from work, etc. so I am sure the date was correct. They had a young man (very nice and honest) assist me to view their "renovated" 1 bedroom unit which would be $300 more than what I applied for, but that was fine if it was worth the price. The conditions of the building are not great at all. The apartments are not what I would consider 'renovated' (which to them means a silver refrigerator and white cabinets). The flooring is separating from baseboards. The painting is sloppy at best, and minimal effort went into making it a livable place. The wash area looks like a dingy dungeon. One washer one dryer for a whole building. No washer or dryer connections even though it says it online (I was aware of this, but nothing can prepare you for that "washroom" area). There are also storage units here that look like dirt floor farm pins. The wiring is thin and can easily be cut with wire cutters even if you do have a lock, and most of them were already torn and cut anyway, so they weren't usable. Again, the gentlemen were honest about certain conditions, I just was not prepared for what I saw especially driving over 6 hours to view this apartment. I just want to give heed to people looking to rent. Because there are not real pictures online of the actual units and that "laundry room". My flabbers were so gasted I did not have the mental capacity to take pictures. Definitely understand you get what you pay for. This place was not for me but may be for someone. I just wanted to give an honest review because this was my top pick due to the reviews, but they don't tell the real story. I hope this helps someone.

  My apartment 11833 strand has major damage with furnace , gone out again ,(( TOP PATCHED UP WITH TAPE )) & OTHER REPAIRS IN FRONT DOOR OF UNIT ALLOWING MAJOR COLD AIR TO ENTER ; KITCHEN CEILING ; BATHROOM TUB FAUCET, BR ENTRANCE CEILING AREA ; (( NO SCREENS TO WINDOWS & PATIO FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY PROTECTION FOR RENTER ; TOILET KNOBS FOR SCREWS - BOLTS ; " SCREWED FOUR TIMES AS DISABLED VETERAN ENTRANCE OF NO RAMP TO ACCESS BUILDING AND APARTMENT / " TOTALLY UNSAFE LEGALLY ; " NO LIGHTS BACK OF UNIT - NONE / DANGEROUS ! " " RENTER ' S OF BUILDING DOGS SUPER WASTE ALL AROUND BACK & TRIFLING TO NEVER GET SCOOPER OR BAG TO REMOVE - BACTERIAL UNSAFETY INHALING TO OTHER PEOPLE ! " " END OF LEASE NOT GOING RENEW AT ALL !   Hello! I started my apartment search around November of 2025 I toured a one bedroom apartment and got to meet lovely cece! She talked me through all the steps & information I would’ve needed to move in she walked me through the apartment and allowed me to see how I felt. Due to this being my first apartment I needed more information to gather and was told to come back within 2 months. I stayed in contact with Cece all the way until I was approved to move into my apartment which was this January! She was so helpful and nice to me the whole time and I’m loving my apartment so far it’s so quiet and peaceful.

  Let me tell you about these ladies at Heatherton Estates!!!! Cece & Marquita are amazing!! My process was fast and easy!! I got approved in one day and started my process with getting all my paperwork done. Ms. Cece communicated with me the whole time!! The communication is Top Tier!!! I literally moved in that same week. I applied Monday and got approved, came to finish my paperwork Tuesday, seen my unit Wednesday and Friday i signed my lease and moved in!!! When i tell you i love my townhouse Cece did her big one!! When i tell you DreamTeam at Heatherton!! They were on top of everything they went above and beyond!! Oh let me not forget to say they have their on charter spectrum guy name Michael!! He reached out to me to set up all my services, very convenient i didn’t have to call and wait for them to switch services over, Michael took care of everything for me!! When i tell you iam very pleased with everything Heatherton ladies did for me to make this transition smooth!!! Thank you again ladies!! I’m excited to be apart of Heatherton family!!
