  Came by here a few months ago. Ultimately I felt like the facility was nice but a bit too expensive. I also wasn’t impressed by the fact that there is no free parking here, so anything you lease is going to come with an extra $100 per month for parking The bigger issue is at the time the cheapest unit was going for about $1700. I told the rep that if/when the price went down, please let me know. A few months later and I’m now checking to see and I find out there are 19 units available at $1495, yet no one ever contacted me. So, I don’t know, kind of a missed opportunity I think

  I had a wonderful experience with Kenny as he guided me and my dog Pumpkin through the facility. I am a bit early, but I hope to call this complex home by the end of the year. Thank you for being so informative and inviting. It's making the decision making process so easy!

  I came across the Mila apartment complex a few months ago and, just from the outside, loved it! I didn’t even know what those walls surrounded! And WOW!! I know someone that recently moved in and I’ve gotten a few personal FaceTime tours. I was stunned! I loved it more and more each time! Mila is beautiful and inviting, and the amenities? Those of a luxury hotel! I’m moving from a home and my biggest concern was whether or not Mila would feel like home, not just an apartment. I recently did an on-site tour with Kenny, looked at a couple of floor-plans, and then he showed me what will now be my new home January 1. The thought of moving kicked my anxiety into overdrive for months, but after meeting Kenny, touring the complex, and meeting some of the staff, I felt instant relief and knew this was going to be the right home for me. Thank you Kenny for welcoming me and finding me the perfect apartment!

  I find myself at a very odd place in my life at 73 and needing to locate living arrangements. I had seen Mila St. Louis being built and wanted a closer look on my search. The facility is well appointed, with amenities (pool), grilling patio, social lounge, gym equipment work out room, available office spaces for those working at home but want a place to conduct business in a more professional setting. The areas are bright and have modern and comfortable appointments. The mailroom accommodates every type of delivery from standard letters to over sized packages, all secure and easily accessed. I chose a two bedroom apartment, 2 bath and am delighted with the finishing touches such as flooring, light fixtures, faucets, shower and tub fixtures. The appliances while apartment grade are whirlpool, Amana. There is a stack washer and dryer that suits even slightly larger loads. While a bit suspect at the unit’s performance, I am delighted that the washing unit and dryer perform very well. As with any new construction, some items may not function fully or completely. I have used each appliance sufficiently and only discovered one issue in particular - the garbage dispose did not grind and required it to be reset. And to my delight the maintenance person took care of it right away. The facility offers nightly trash pick-up collecting the facility proved 13 gallon lidded receptacles. I was delighted to learn that parking is available in the underground garage, as someone who routinely kept my vehicle in the garage, I wholeheartedly recommend Mila-St. Louis for anyone looking for a new place to call home.

  moved in my unit in september. first of all, tour guide kenny told me pool is open during year-round and it is heated - turns out it is not open year-round. that is red flag #1. red flag #2 came when they kenny and the lady begged for 5 star review before I even moved in. that's why this place has so many 5 stars, they aren't even people that live here. its like their bosses pay them for artificial reviews. their fees are insane $75 automatic charge for their internet they call it the "technology fee" and it disconnects and is very consistent all the time, it is also slow. you dont have the option to opt out or get other internet. I was paying $35 for 1gig speeds at&t fiber at my old place and it was amazing. I work from home and it makes life horrible for me when I keep disconnecting from my meetings and calls. also, don't forget the insane fee to park here. I'm telling you, so many fees I've listed and I probably forgot a few. the place is nice it is a new build but you can tell where the builders cheaped out.. I will be leaving at the end of my lease due to these issues and additional costs on top of rent. rent is already breaking the bank, this place is very expensive before fees and additional bills. id rather take my own trash out than pay $25 or whatever they charge to take it for you. just feels silly.
