- TKTracy KeckDec 19, 20245.0We love it here! The community is great, yet people mind their own business :-). The Villas are super nice and quiet, and the dog park is great! The pool is amazing and the clubhouse is great to hold small party's. The maintenance team is top notch, and are always quick with response. The leasing office staff are always helpful and smiling and run an efficient community! The location is PERFECT with local shops and restaurants in walking distance and minutes away to reach 4 major highways! Highly recommend! I came from owning a home for 20+ years and really enjoy the privacy this place offers and living with no worries!

The dog park is a nice added benefit and it helps keep the complex clean of dog waste. We enjoy living in the villa townhome because it offers us the same amount of space we had in our home prior to relocating. My husband absolutely loves the gym in the clubhouse but my favorite feature is the coffeemaker lol 😂. I would suggest this complex to anyone that wants to relocate to St. Louis without having to live in the city.

The "finished" basements are small and not worth the price hike, and even this far away noise from the highway seeps through (apparently it's terrible if you actually live near it). The maintenance staff are helpful, why I'm this place two stars instead of one. Some of the amenities like the dog park are a joke, others like the pool are nice but often overcrowded on days where it's nice to use them. Overall, I wouldn't consider moving here unless they dropped the price a couple hundred dollars, there's plenty other complexes (or houses) where you can get a similar space for Much cheaper.
