  Moving into the new apartment was smooth as a breeze with Ryan and Jack who are both dependable, very helpful and patient in answering all my queries. Choosing this property among others is the best decision I made so far.

  Jack was a great! He showed us around snd went into great detail about the property and all the features. Put in my application same day as I knew this was where my family needs to live!

  Skip the new “luxury” builds and come here. Jack went above and beyond with the move in, even checking in after I got the keys to make sure everything was ok in person, as well as the property manager staying 30 minutes late past closing on the phone to help me with the application. The unit is 10 years old and is in better shape than the 1 year old “luxury” apartment I am moving from.

  Jake was absolutely amazing! He made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. His communication was always on point, he was patient with every question, and he made sure I was informed and comfortable the whole way through. I really appreciate how helpful and consistent he was. Highly recommend working with him!

  WATER, TRASH AND SEWER is extremely high and tenants are over charged. They actually charge you $3.50 to bill you for utilities. Not quite my type of feel of living. There's no privacy with the layout of the buildings. No assigned parking. I wish the inside of the apartment had better lighting, it's very dark. I moved on the 3rd floor, the stairs are really steep, wish there were elevators. There's only one entrance for each building. On a good note the units come with brand new washer and dryer, really nice appliances and fluffy new carpet.
