    We recently signed a lease with Brookside in Columbia. The apartments are new(ish), clean and just the right amount of space. Connor Fitzgerald met us on a busy weekend at Mizzou as our leasing agent, and was professional, kind and informative. The front desk worker (Jack) was also helpful. It is nice to work and deal with people who care.

    Best place to live downtown, great amenities and events. Rooms have great living space and are cleaned great before move in! Ashlyn was very helpful during the process!

    This is my first year living at Brookside Downtown, and it has been an amazing experience. The new staff is wonderful, very attentive, and whenever I submit a maintenance request, someone comes within a few hours to check on the issue. I’m moving to another building in the fall, and I hope the Brookside I know now stays the same. I would highly recommend Brookside Downtown.
