- NNNanamiJun 7, 20251.0You cannot get your stuff delivered to your room, which make uber eats and door dash really not as convenient as you want it to be. This apartment will charge you for every single little things such as not folding the card board $35, not getting the packages within 72h $75, and none of these are written on the leasing contracts and the leasing office will not tell you these important information in ahead of time.

It is literally a scam service that they provide in this building. They will take your packages hostile for days until you pay. Do not live in this building.
