  The Barton is wonderful! It is centrally located and within walking distance to great restaurants, Shaw park, and the grocery store! The staff are lovely and the apartments are beautiful! I especially love the open layout of the 2 bedroom that we have!

  We live in the Barton right now. We moved in a few months ago. The team there made everything very easy for us. If we have an issue that we need help with, the staff is always there to assist. And if the offices are closed early for whatever reason (like the staff Christmas party!), they are very good about communicating that to residents. Highly recommend!

  They do not make it easy to pay rent. The resident portal was always slow and glitchy. After moving out and losing access to the payment portal they were unable to take payment over the phone. There were issues with the check and instead of reaching out to get it corrected they sent the account to a debt collection service. I find it ironic how willing they are to respond to a 1 star review but are nowhere to be found when trying so resolve payment issues.

  I love living at the Barton! Friendly neighbors, safe area, and prompt service from the staff! I recommend the Barton to anyone looking to move to the Clayton area! You're close to the highway, Shaw Park, Schnucks, Straubs, and walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and more!
