- A崔杰1 day ago1.0It was a good place but the manager did a terrible job. It is a totally mess to process my deposit refund and they always want to take advantage of your deposit. It has been over 90 days since I moved out, and I still haven't received my security deposit. Management has repeatedly lied about mailing checks. They now admit the check is 'Pending' after 3 months of excuses. This is a direct violation of Missouri law (RSMo § 535.300). I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General. If you do not want a mess after you move out , the DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!

- JCJoe CamelliriJan 26, 20265.0I have lived at Clayton on the Park for 2 years. I chose this building because of location meaning near restaurants, activities and being close to the highway. I wanted an airy location in my apartment and a sunset view which I received both. Two years ago the management staff was the only thing not up to par. The staff now with Krista a long with her team she has built are absolutely superb! They are professional and always knowledgeable of the building which if you have ever lived in a high rise you will know it’s very complex. I don’t plan to move any time soon because I know I am welcome here and always taken care of. David the new front desk person it’s always friendly dressed professionally and ready for the day. He keeps the front lobby looking spectacular. I will finish with Carlitos who is always great and willing to help. This weekend alone he spent several hours making sure everyone was warm and the building was running smoothly during the severe storm. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
