  Living at the Bemiston Place was a great time. Location is perfect, and the amenities were amazing. Also, Cierra and Holly in the leasing office were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Best apartment complex in the area. I'd recommend it to anyone.

  After a year of researching apartment complexes in the St Louis area, we moved into Bemiston Place Apartments in September 2025. Below, I share WHY we chose here over half a dozen other places we toured. To be honest, I was ready to leave my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on day 1 that my wife and I (and our dog!) moved in, but I wanted to wait a bit to see how my experience as a resident would be. It has been WONDERFUL. Living in Bemiston Place and Clayton has exceeded our expectations—and we had HIGH expectations. Cierra, Renae, and Holly in the office are incredibly friendly and helpful. They help foster a "community" feel through resident events and are always quick to acknowledge you and share a conversation. Special shoutout to Cierra for her diligent follow-up via phone and email for nearly a year after we first toured -- answering many, many questions and ultimately guiding us to our incredible apartment layout when we were ready to make the move after selling our home. Drew and Eric in maintenance are attentive, approachable, and very professional. The one time we needed a small repair, they finished the job quickly. It is a very dog-friendly community with convenient pet amenities onsite and endless walking to Shaw Park and the beautiful, safe residential area just across the street (Maryland Ave.). The North end of downtown Clayton is a perfect mix of walkable cafes, restaurants, and services/shops. Yet, it's also peaceful. We've enjoyed making friends with fellow residents, too. We toured 3 complexes in the Central West End, 1 complex in Kirkwood, 2 other units in Clayton, and 2 complexes near the up-and-coming downtown Chesterfield project area. Ultimately, we loved the cleanliness, pool area, dog amenities, first-class fitness center, aesthetic of the units, free office spaces, upscale club area, and the combination of safety and walkability of Clayton. We felt it was the overall best package of anywhere we looked, and we looked DEEPLY. You won't regret being a resident here.

  This complex is incredible. I loved the location in Clayton as I could walk to so many restaurants, shops, and a park. I always felt safe, loved the amenities, and wish I could live here again!

  Great location and beautiful building. However you are paying a hefty monthly rent to hear every footstep of the neighbor above you while listening to the TV of the neighbors next to you.

  Cierra, Holly, & Renee are simply fantastic! They made my move incredibly seamless and are just the most welcoming, warm, & friendly team to interact with. The building, amenities, and apartments are gorgeous. I highly recommend Bemiston Place!
