  They are terrible and unprofessional. They don’t maintenance their properties. And there communication skills are shit. They price hike your rent. But don’t put anything back into the property. I’ll give them 0 stars but unfortunately and to put one. Just to give this review. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Dealing with this please.

  Zach and his crew are the BEST! All the negative reviews are from tenants who didn't pay rent, abused the property, etc. Of course they're going to say negative things. Ignore it. If you want someone to actually manage your property you own or rent from a company like PMI who will find you a home or property to lease and actually take excellent care of your living space then use PMI!

  Phenomenal company run by good people. Zach and Jen are awesome! They’ve got a great team for maintenance that handles legitimately issues promptly and effectively. On the property management side, I’ve recommended PMI St. Louis Metro to a lot of friends who are looking to rent their homes out.

  I wish I was able to give them 0 stars this company pitiful and slummy they deny almost every work order don’t like replacing things goes the cheap route in doing things fridge went out n December now it’s gone out again in February horrible I can’t wait to move and I only been here 4 months I would NEVER recommend them to anyone Don’t Do It
