When I compared rates with other lenders, Sam not only gave me a great rate, but he also made it possible to add my husband as a co-borrower—something other lenders said was not possible due to his short full-time work history. I had to rush everything because I am leaving the country, and the closing was scheduled after my departure. Sam worked tirelessly, even through the Thanksgiving break, and finalized everything within a week so we could close early. I cannot express enough how supportive, kind, and patient he was throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, this meant so much to us. I also want to highlight Charity and the rest of the team—they were all fantastic and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Sam to any homebuyer, especially first-time buyers.
