  Candace was so wonderful in helping us get through this whole process. She answered our questions and explained everything to our understanding. We were so proud to have her on our side. We would highly recommend her to everyone wanting an energetic, outgoing, and definitely knowledgeable realtor to help them sell and buy property. We got to know her from her helping our daughter sell her home and buying another. She's great!

  She was very helpful I’m so grateful for her for taken time out of her way to drive miles and miles to get us our forever home and I fall in love with her as a person, She made the whole thing seem not so intimidating and almost became more like looking with a family member I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for making me a homeowner.

  Candace was invaluable throughout this whole process, she drove mile upon mile to look at a house for 2 minutes and have me tired from work walk in and turn around and walk back out unimpressed, she never wavered she just say "I'd rather show you 1000 houses than to sell you the wrong house. The longer it went on the more empowered we became. After 25 viewings and 5 contracts we finally got through closing and for the 1st time I can say I'm a homeowner and I am eternally grateful to Candace for that.

  I have known Candace for years. She is always fun to be around, knowledgeable of the homes she shows us, even beyond the facts shown on the MLS. Plus, she is always super flexible on times to show us homes. Candace found the perfect home for us when we first moved to Missouri six years ago before we started our family and now, a couple children later, we are working with her again on another home search in a different area! Definitely a great realtor to work with! Thank you, Candace, for always being on the lookout for us!
