  I have been a long-term resident of this community, and it continues to be an excellent place to live. The neighborhood is safe, well-maintained, and perfectly situated near essential amenities. The entire staff is professional and courteous, but I want to give special recognition to the manager, Tammy George. Her diligence and friendly demeanor make a huge difference; she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure resident requests and maintenance needs are handled promptly!

  I have been a resident at 15Seventy for three years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The environment is consistently clean and exceptionally quiet. Working with Tammy has been a genuine pleasure. Her professionalism and kindness have significantly enhanced my living experience. I highly recommend 15Seventy.

  Really appreciated the maintenance service with Lorion Martin. Communication was clear, he was respectful with me, my dog as well as my space, and arrived right on time. A smooth, positive experience.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! If I could give this negative stars I would. I recently discovered active mold growing and was told my the office manager to “wipe it off” proof in the email she sent me below. This past Sunday the windchill was -5 degrees. I wondered why it was so cold in my apartment and why the heat kept running. Then discovered a hole by my slider to the OUTSIDE. Immediately called the emergency maintenance line and I was told it was “not an emergency”. This was reported to the leasing office Monday after having to go up there myself because nobody ever answers the phone. The issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. 5 days later!!!! I haven’t been offered a reduction in my rent fees for my heat running constantly to keep my apartment warm nothing too care in the world to them. It is blamed on “older apartments” but clearly just a maintenance and management team that just sees you as a dollar sign. Before this incident I still wasn’t satisfied with the team. I would frequently file maintenance requests and they would just be “marked as completed” and never fixed. I was also lied to by the leasing manager when she told me someone was in my apartment to assess the mold situation. I have a camera that records any motion or activity in my apartment and nobody has been there since Monday. Last week the key to my apartment broke and I went down to the office for them to let me in. I was told by the assistant manager to go sit in the lobby. 45 minutes I sat there waiting frequently checking in. She told me to go sit down that I wasn’t the top of her priority list. Even though I was dying with the flu and felt miserable. Then I was given a ring full of keys to go play an escape rooms with to figure out which one matched my apartment. I had to speak with the assistant manager today about breaking my lease and felt talked down to she was so rude and any time I tried to talk I was interrupted and told I was wrong and it was out of their hands even though it was them I needed a form from. So unless you want to live in a mold infested, floor rotting, selfish management team community don’t live here.
