  Just a quick post to say Thank You to Tammy (Manager) and staff. Have lived here at 15Seventy off and on for 17 years. Always professional. Any work needing to be done, completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend living here. Really is the best deal in the area. Also like that I can go directly to my front door and not have to go through a main entrance to get to my apartment. Rgds, Brian

  Jordan richardson with maintenance is awesome. Came on time when I had an AC problem and fixed it real quick. Messed up a few days later and he promptly fixed it again but at no fault to him due to it being an older unit. Great guy and he was teaching a younger guy the in’s and outs of HVAC, which was awesome.

  Tammy the manager was absolutely amazing and had her staff arrive immediately after calling with a small maintenance issue. The maintenance supervisor James came to my apartment and was very quick and efficient with my repair. I could tell he was very knowledgeable with the issue and fixed it promptly. Love this place. Also the workout room is my absolute favorite. Great equipment and always immaculately clean. The lady I met cleaning the area Judy was the best. So friendly! I would give 6 stars if I could.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐/10 I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The maintenance team is outstanding, especially James. He is always professional, responsive, and gets things taken care of quickly. I also want to give a shoutout to Tammy in the leasing office. She’s been incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive from the start. I’ve also noticed several recent improvements around the property, with the new maintenance team. Can’t wait to summer to use the pool! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in a convenient location

  This place is horrible. Absolutely do not live here for any period of time. Leasing office team is helpless in every situation and the maintenance team is just as bad. Impossible to get anything taken care of in a timely matter and more often than not impossible to even reach anyone from the property unless you go into the office personally. I had my air go out in the heat of summer 2025 and was told by the leasing/maintenance team that it is not a “high priority” request while the inside of my apartment reached mid 80s inhabitable temperatures in the middle of summer. For two months straight I had zero air in my apartment and had to move elsewhere temporarily during this period because maintenance refused to come fix it. After two full months I was granted a tiny window unit inside my bedroom before another 4 months wait for my air to be correctly fixed. I purchased a personal window unit of my own during this time to make the unit livable which the maintenance team stole out of my room after fixing my air. It took yet another 2 months for me to get my personal air conditioner back after having to follow up 7-8 times constantly and stay on them about getting my property back. 2 of my burners on my stove went out back in feb 2025. As of February 2026 (the end of my lease) maintenance has still not come out to fix them. Overall my experience with this place has been ridiculously poor and I would not recommend 15Seventy to anyone. Poor leasing team, poor management, poor maintenance, and overall incredibly shady. This place will suck up to you until you sign a lease and they get your money. After that they could not care one bit about their residents.
