    I’ve had a great experience at 15Seventy thanks to Briana. She’s always quick to answer my questions, and is genuinely helpful every time I reach out. It makes the whole process so much easier when someone is knowledgeable and attentive. The location of the property is also a huge plus for me. It’s close to everything I need, and really well-situated. Highly recommend working with Briana if you’re looking for a place to live!

    Briana in the office is our actual savior! She is so kind and gets stuff done. We have been trying to transfer for a long time and had a lot of go around but the second we talked to Briana she gets the ball rolling. We cannot thank her enough. She is the reason we are staying. She is super professional and very polite too. Whatever she is getting paid, it is not enough 👏👏👏 Thank you so much Briana. Anna and Rylan

    I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They are absolutely not worth the price. There was mold in my unit, and despite bringing it to management’s attention the effort to address it was extremely poor. The office staff takes forever to respond, if they respond at all. On top of that, my dishwasher never worked for the entire length of my lease. I also dealt with several other maintenance issues that I eventually gave up on because nothing was ever properly fixed. There is no preventative maintenance here whatsoever. My smoke alarm hasn’t worked in months, and even after multiple maintenance requests, it was never repaired. The pool area is just as bad. The outdoor pool had visible fungus and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The “indoor pool” is basically just a room with water that seems to come from outside which is completely unhygienic. Management’s communication is almost nonexistent. I had to physically walk into the office several times regarding my AC being broken for weeks, and each time they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Meanwhile, the mold issue only got worse. Because of the ongoing health concerns, lack of maintenance, and overall neglect, I am ending my lease early. This place has been nothing but stressful and unsafe. I’ve only attached a few photos of my stay in the last 10 months…

    The set up isn’t bad but the neighbors ruin it for everyone with there cars you can hear there conversations through the wall I know the kids are skipping school more then half of the people just sit at home all day don’t work and harass others it doesn’t matter if you have a kid and have to take them to school people need there privacy and these people can’t seem to mind their own business there’s no good restaurants near it also and the air conditioner is broken for everyone

    We lived in this apartment complex for two years. The location is perfect but otherwise I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND MANIPULATIVE. In our two years I can count on one hand we had responses to concerns or questions. If you try to call it will always go to voicemail and don’t expect a returned call. This led to us having to email our move out notice three months before our lease was up. Never got a response but assumed they had received it because they were not answering my phone calls. This leads us to about three weeks before we move out and have already signed another lease. I ended up going up to the office to double check (this isn’t always an option because they also close the office at random times). They told me that I did not give proper notice and have to pay 2 months rent and an improper notice fee which would equal about $3,500. I ended up sending the proof of the email sent in July (lease ended in October), and of course never heard anything back but noticed a pro-rated rent charge that equaled to the day we were supposed to move out. Great! Well, it was great until after we moved out we received a move out charge sheet that added on the two months rent and the insufficient notice. This was incredibly deceptive and manipulative as I would not have been able to move if they truly would not prorate the rent, but by them prorating it, I took that as their acceptance to moving out. After a very heated email, they ended up dropping all of the charges (there were also duplicated charges for windows we didn’t even have). Thank god I had the sense to look through it thoroughly, but I feel bad for someone who might not have and got taken advantage of. Aside from this, our apartment was INFESTED WITH MICE the entire two years. We would find dead mice DROWNED in our dogs water bowl. We had maintenance come out about 15 times total and the problem was never resolved and they would sometimes mark our maintenance request as completed without ever showing up. They even told us to “just go buy some traps” at one point even though we pay a monthly pest fee. Overall, it is a quiet neighborhood and great location but needs new management. I will say Brianna was kind and helpful and the only one who ever responded to me.
