  Loud neighbors unmaintained property also a garbage issue amenities closed,rent raised ,That's my experience. Maintenance will fix stuff if they feel like it.

  I’ve had a great experience living at 15Seventy so far. The leasing office truly stands out they’re not just professional, they actually care about the tenants and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with genuine attention. Maintenance has also been top-tier. Requests get handled fast, and the staff is always respectful and efficient when coming in to fix anything. It makes a huge difference knowing issues won’t sit unresolved. Another big plus is the Mercury trash valet service it’s super convenient and reliable, and just adds to the overall quality of living here. Overall, 15Seventy has been a great place to live thanks to the responsive staff, quick maintenance, and thoughtful amenities.

  Pretty awful experience here as a prospective resident. The leasing agent made a few remarks during the hour that were not courteous and made me feel judged for my preferences. Also he called me ”bro” many times as well as took 2 phone calls during my 1 hr appointment. It honestly got to be so painful I had to politely excuse myself from the appointment and leave.
