  I have been with this bank 20 plus years. I have never had a bad experience. I have seen many come and go. All have always been polite, kind and helpful. Of course, my favorite is Miss Gayla, she has taken care of many issues for me very quickly, efficiently, professionally and she is like family to me and my mother who also banks there. Keep up the good work Citizens Community Bank.

  They were very helpful in setting up my checking account. They had information on how to budget my money online and for investment possibilities. The staff was both prompt and friendly
