Since 1995, Community Living Options (CLO) has provided high-quality residential and in-home services for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and medical needs. With over 50 homes and services across East Central Minnesota, CLO empowers individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Licensed as a Rule 245D: DD, CADI, and BI waivered provider and as an Adult Foster Care/Community Residential Setting provider, CLO offers group home care, in-home support, and independent living services. - VMValerie MarksonFeb 15, 20211.0This is a absolute terrible company, they are terrible to there employees, the house managers are very disrespectful to them, when you have a problem they pass the buck . they break hippa policy frequently, i have a disabled brother and i would never place him in this group home. I turned them into the state of Minnesota so hopefully they will investigate what a terrible company this is.
