  We walk in looking for a place. The office looks very clean and spacious. Work, party, exercise, arcade rooms and swimming pool area looks clean and spacious. It's a great place to hang around and spend most your time there. The apartment building and room looks new updated, playground at the back of the building.

  Buildings are nice, the clubhouse is wonderful but I cannot express how much I hate their packages system. Luxer One is awful and is more of a hindrance than a help.

  Is this a low income housing here? From just driving in to the parking lot we could see open garage doors with damaged doors, damaged stalls and it looks like no one is taking care of these units. If simple things like making sure a garage is not about to fall over or walls missing inside the garage are not kept up... how can someone rent here for the crazy amount of rent they are charging and they dont keep the property up? Was interested and sadly now not.

  We had an unfortunate situation where we had to break a lease. Emily Hite was wonderful in helping us do that. She definitely cares about the tenants. Very quick responses via email, and phone. I would recommend them and Emily Hite highly
