If you don't they will rope you into a month-to-month lease that they force you to pay. They expect you to read every fine print and will not disclose this detail until it's too late, so you are screwed if you don't tell them

She works very hard pulling long hours in the Leasing Office informing residents on any news, updates or office closings. She communicates everything that we need to know and does it very professionally. She's also very helpful and accommodating. It's interesting how if one thing goes wrong some might be quick to blame her, not realizing that certain things are not in her control. I give honor to Joyce and feel every resident should. I've lived in other complexes where I don't hear from the Property Manager and am totally left in the dark. Thank you Joyce for what you do, I appreciate you!
