- DDDre2 days ago1.0The information on their website is misleading. They claim to be "affordable" housing for low income individuals. The amount they charge here is the same as any other apartment you can get in the area. I currently only pay 1200 for a 2 bed 1.5 bath 990 sq ft. And they charge 1500 here plus utilities are separate. Don't claim to be affordable housing when its not. Most county approved affordable housing for 2 bedrooms usually go around 900-1200$. On top of that, they have ridiculous requirements that most apartments dont require. Furthermore, they have a a credit criteria you must meet of over 650. Most low income individuals do not have a credit score anything close to that. You can definitely find another property just as nice as this, more affordable, and without all the hassle. Its really sad what the people at this company are doing. Plus, do you really want to sign a lease with a company that is intentionally misleading and trying to trick people? When I look for apartments, transparency is a must.
