- CNCariston NewtonDec 7, 20251.0Update 1/18/26. The below issue is still ongoing. There seems to be no urgency on providing scraped and salted walk ways for the residents. I did not write this review out of malice but genuine concern that the Legends of Woodbury has not addressed. I am writing to express grave concern regarding the persistent lack of safety and maintenance standards at this facility, which is specifically dedicated to the elderly and disabled. Given the high cost of rent (over $2000 per month), the current standard of care is unacceptable and should be addressed. This is not an isolated incident, but an ongoing pattern of neglect. The most critical issue is the failure to maintain safe pathways during winter weather, which directly endangers disabled tenants. When it snows, the parking lot and all walkways are consistently left unsalted and unscraped. This creates severe, unnecessary slip-and-fall hazards for the elderly and disabled residents who live here and rely on safe, clear access for their mobility. Beyond the critical winter safety issues, the general grounds maintenance is also neglected. During the summer months, the landscape is consistently left unkept.

The women in the office are not on top of things and take weeks to get back to me , only when I would call I would only be told something else was needed , very very disappointing, nice place but incompetent ladies
