Given the high cost of rent (over $2000 per month), the current standard of care is unacceptable and should be addressed. This is not an isolated incident, but an ongoing pattern of neglect. The most critical issue is the failure to maintain safe pathways during winter weather, which directly endangers disabled tenants. When it snows, the parking lot and all walkways are consistently left unsalted and unscraped. This creates severe, unnecessary slip-and-fall hazards for the elderly and disabled residents who live here and rely on safe, clear access for their mobility. Beyond the critical winter safety issues, the general grounds maintenance is also neglected. During the summer months, the landscape is consistently left unkept.

The women in the office are not on top of things and take weeks to get back to me , only when I would call I would only be told something else was needed , very very disappointing, nice place but incompetent ladies

The biggest issue I had was trying to drop off the application. There is only a person there Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday. I had to call several times to speak to someone.
