- SSShannon SullivanJan 7, 20262.0When maintenance arrived, they were great. They ALWAYS are! My issue was with the system. I put it in on 12/31 knowing it would be a holiday coming up. I personally spoke to our building manager explaining the issue. My bathroom fan sounded like a lawnmower. It runs automatically. She said she would have maintenance from the other building stop over. No one stopped, nor was I notified there wasn’t anyone available. I called the emergency maintenance number and left a message; no one returned my call. I was finally able to reach someone and they refused to send someone out. There needs to be a better plan in place if maintenance is not available. I asked for the building manager to call me to discuss this. She never did. It is extremely disappointing.
