  I lived here for one year and have pretty much only positive things to say. Extremely pet friendly, maintenance was responsive, no noise from neighbors, understanding management. The remodeled apartments are beautiful and spacious with the best kitchen I have seen in an apartment ever. The location is ideal, with restaurants and a mall within a 5 minute drive and close to the freeway. The only bad thing about this place was actually the proximity to the freeway - the noise is quite loud if your apartment is facing it. Not really a problem if you keep the windows closed. I imagine an apartment facing the lake would be much nicer if you have the option. I would have renewed my lease if I were staying in the area.

  This is an excellent apartment, especially if you have pets. The management is very understanding and they are very nice. If it wasn’t for terrible commute to work, I’d still be living in this place. If you want to stay in a place without any hassle from management on little things, this is the place for you. Affordable and nice!
