  If I could give Oaks Union Depot and Rachelle a million stars, I would! The building is always well maintained, secured, and quiet. Rachelle is very lovely and always willing to help. My family and I never had any issues. Even if things broke in our apartment, we receive quick assistant with no hassles. The coffee bar was always my favorite part of the morning. We unfortunately had to leave for personal reasons related to schooling, but would have loved to continue renting at Oaks Union Depot. The neighbors are awesome and the building parties were a blast. Thank you Rachelle and everyone at Oaks!

  What a wonderful visit! Listen, looking for a new place to live can be exhausting, but from the moment that I stepped into Oaks Union Rachel made me feel welcomed. Meeting her and touring the apartments was the bright spot in a tiring day. Her professionality and organizational skills showed throughout the visit. Thank you, Rachel for the opportunity to meet you and tour your beautiful building.

  Very comfortable, friendly atmosphere… feeling of home … the manager/tour guide was personable, passionate about the building and surrounding lowertown amenities and charm … answered all questions and followed up … thank you for the service and experience…

  Management has made my stay here for the last year extremely a breeze! You can tell they care about their tenants & that they will prioritize your concerns! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the people who take care of this building!! I recommend them to you ESPECIALLY to all you pet owners!!!
