  Cookie cutter designs non the less cleverly designed . Hallways are wide and tall and rooms in apartments are good appliances are up to date and stylish aesthetically pleasing . Security team that is a calming fit to the renters with the patrols happening sparingly and in an order . They aren't bully type . Building is in a great spot for mass transit folks as it is construction Season in the United States in most area with a traditional summer and spring experience.

  They will keep your $150 application deposit and ghost you completely, leaving you in the dark. My emails, texts and calls now go unanswered. What started out on a positive and professional note with the leasing office has devolved into me begging someone, anyone, to respond to me and my application (after I’ve submitted the $150 application fee of course). Totally illegal. Totally unprofessional. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau - you cannot simply harvest application fees like this and then ignore people.

  Do not even bother applying with these people I spoke up and told situation and these guys feel it was okay to deny us because of criminal background. When they knew she was doing her job. So please don’t waste your time thank u. So much all.

  ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT TO EVER RENT FROM LIVED HERE TWO YEARS AND MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY HELL!!!!!! MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE SUCK! They don’t care about ANYTHING that pertains to their residents. If you have an issue with your rent ledger or THEY made an error they take MONTHS to resolve a problem. BUT if you are late on rent in the first 4 days they IMMEDIATELY issue a late fee and mail a 14 day eviction notice. THEY WILL PROMPTLY file eviction after 14 days but my ledger has been messed up MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MONTHS!!! No sense of urgency to fix it! I’m actually going to write more reviews about Press House this place genuinely sucks. Do not rent here especially with kids! A lot of drug activity and violence. Homeless people sleeping in the building. DOG SHIT EVERYWHERE!!! People are spitting and peeing in the elevators!! Take my advice and do not move here!

  Been, years, Different manager's office not so People friendly, have get know tenant or least make. Feel Comfortable now make appointment, never answer Phone! All good one used work here Let Go. This was nice Place, family have no Parking, always,guys outside building daughter in law oh no got move out building
