This is the worst place I’ve ever lived, if something happens it takes forever to fix. They play with you and the conditions for the apartment, they take your deposit and charge more. Utility is very high they don’t have service even if they send someone he doesn’t fix it and they play with you, my opinion is if you don’t want problems don’t move in.

I am extremely disappointed with the management of this property. I have been without heat in my apartment for an entire week during winter. I have sent multiple emails and submitted emergency maintenance requests, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix the issue. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Management provides written notices requiring residents to maintain an adequate temperature inside the apartment during winter, yet my heater is not working and no one is taking responsibility to repair it. How are tenants supposed to comply with temperature requirements if the heating system provided by the property does not function? This situation is not only negligent but also inhumane. Heating is a basic necessity during winter, especially in Minnesota, and failing to address an emergency like this shows a serious lack of concern for tenant safety and well-being. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. Tenant safety and basic living conditions do not seem to be a priority for this property.

We live here as of 11/2025 and the management is trying their best. But what ruins this place is people that allow multiple people to live with them and well there's alot of freeloading here. And those people that aren't on leases are the ones that bounce the hell out of your ceilings with actual dances. If you are a freeloader of sorts or just dont want to work, you'll end up here with auntie, gram grams, a co worker or your homie from your home country and you'll just won't have to respect the ones that work shift hours, so dont fret you'll be a shoe fit in here. I'm awake and its 1:39 a.m and my ceiling is almost caving in. But hey its all about freeloaders and not those having to pay rent. Time to write someone in corporate somewhere. They have finally enforced parking and since then you can tell all the freeloaders that are having to park on the street. But I feel that enforcement will subside and we'll be fighting the freeloaders for parking in the designated lots again. They need noise management here for those that have "real" jobs.
