  I have nothing but good things to say about Zelia on Seven! I have been here since August 2023, so I’ve seen everything. Maintenance guys have always been kind, respectful and professional. The management and maintenance is always timely and helpful. I’ve lived places where management doesn’t care about their tenants, so I know and see a difference here. I can say Chelsea has been doing wonderful with all the things they’ve had to undergo with all the upgrades/construction. Thank you for all you do! Btw, the upgrades have been nothing short of amazing, from the theater/gym and everything else, I’m very pleased. Happy to call this place home!

  My experience here has been absolutely nothing but splendid. From management to the property itself! It's beautiful and pretty well taken care of! One note is the train is right next to the property and the airport is also super close. I personally have 0 issue with this but if you're sensitive to loud sounds. This would not be an ideal property

  I have had the best experience living at Zelia on Seven! The staff and maintenance are the best I have encountered and I am in the real estate industry. I have made two maintenance claims not due to the company and the next morning they were at my apartment to fix the concerns. The apartments are clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The office managers go above and beyond to help with any needs. I have really enjoyed living here this far!

  I’ve been really impressed with Zelia on Seven. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities like the fitness center and lounge areas are a huge bonus. Everything feels modern and thoughtfully designed, which makes the whole community feel comfortable and upscale. The location is also very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nearby parks. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and overall the building feels safe and welcoming. Definitely one of the nicer apartment communities in the area.

  I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The building is clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Management has been professional and responsive whenever I’ve had questions, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartments themselves are comfortable and well kept, and the common areas are always in good shape. I also appreciate how quiet and safe the community feels, which makes it a really nice place to come home to after a long day. Another big plus is the convenient location with easy access to nearby stores, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
