Roaches, neighbors pounding on your door at 2a.m. cops outside in the middle of the night every other week, frequently resolving loud issues in the hallway. They also falsify their move out charges. Issues recorded on the move-in inspection sheet, as in from previous residents, will likely be billed to you. They also charged me $600 to paint the deck... It's been a year and 4 months and they still have not done this. (It is on my way to work, and I see the deck at least 5 times a week). My current landlord was so startled by the way they treated her when trying to get references; (Campbell claimed they had no record of me, and proceeded to lie about dates and rent paid when confronted with an emailed copy of my rental history with them), that she helped me move into a ready unit 15 days earlier than intended due to what I can only assume was pity. Please avoid the dark future where you choose to live here. It will make you long for death.

Alex met me for the initial meeting and was prompt, courteous, and professional. Additionally, Alex has called to follow up and check on my comfort level as well as to offer any further assistance. Any questions have been dealt with immediately. Very happy with the apartment and the service provided.
- SWShanequa WilliamsApr 1, 20231.0I moved from convington place 6 months ago and I just received a call from a collection company about a bill I never knew I had. When I called management the manager did not care about my concerns, thought is was comical. I was being harassed by the neighbor below me I filed multiple complaints they did nothing, the police were called they showed no concern. Then I get a bill for excessive charges lights bulbs that were working when I moved out. They charged me for all of them $5 a piece, charged me for door knobs that were working. Charged me for painting there was no problem when I moved out, I cleaned apartment that charged a excessive cleaning fee. I was charged for things that were wear and tear, Excessive amount for a carpet. Once my lease was over it was a month to month by word of mouth, I left before the next month let them know wrote a letter regarding my move out date due to the harassment they charged me for the next month rent and added late fees. It's terrible. Don't rent from them.
