  Me and my boyfriend had a good experience living here in 2023-2024. It was a good first apartment and had no troubles! Tiffany was very sweet and nice. She always had a smile the times we’d see her around. The only reason we moved was to be closer to family, otherwise I think we would definitely still be there.

  Lived here for 4 years during college. Roaches, neighbors pounding on your door at 2a.m. cops outside in the middle of the night every other week, frequently resolving loud issues in the hallway. They also falsify their move out charges. Issues recorded on the move-in inspection sheet, as in from previous residents, will likely be billed to you. They also charged me $600 to paint the deck... It's been a year and 4 months and they still have not done this. (It is on my way to work, and I see the deck at least 5 times a week). My current landlord was so startled by the way they treated her when trying to get references; (Campbell claimed they had no record of me, and proceeded to lie about dates and rent paid when confronted with an emailed copy of my rental history with them), that she helped me move into a ready unit 15 days earlier than intended due to what I can only assume was pity. Please avoid the dark future where you choose to live here. It will make you long for death.

  The process and the people have been wonderful! The application process was made simple and expedient. Alex met me for the initial meeting and was prompt, courteous, and professional. Additionally, Alex has called to follow up and check on my comfort level as well as to offer any further assistance. Any questions have been dealt with immediately. Very happy with the apartment and the service provided.

  This place is truly disgusting! I’ve lived here for almost a year and seen a roach the first full day of moving in here while I was 7 months pregnant. Contacted management, got pest control and believed the issue was handled. Wrong ! We’ve had them ever since. They are in the hallways as if it’s their home. Imagine waking up to make your 2 month old daughter a bottle and get startled by a roach! Management is trash!!! They will do anything to get you into the apartment, but once you’re in you’re on your own. Tiffnie is the worst. She doesn’t do anything to help, and could careless about the problems you express to her. I would not recommend living here! Their only receiving 1 start because that’s all I could give them if it were up to me I wouldn’t give them anything.
