I have read that Dominium gets tax breaks across the country when building these affordable housing properties and in many, the parking lot is often included due to that tax break dominum was awarded, so whereas the LOT FEE to PARK is NOT supposed to be charged, yet I am reading of people being charged 60 to 120 a month. If this is so, the people being used here are low income whites and minorities, as well as seniors. So I think it fair to ask you the following... Is Union Flats Apartments supposed to be charging such fees?
