- JRJanie RogersMar 9, 20264.0I have never had any problems with staff or maintenance. They both have been very cordial and respectful towards me. Just wish their could be a better facility for us smokers, especially in the winter months (LOL).
- BHBrian HornbeckerJan 20, 20265.0I lived at Mears Park Place for three years and I loved it there! I only moved out because I needed to downsize and relocate. The surrounding area isn't the greatest anymore, but there's really nothing the building can do about that. The office staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional, and maintenance is incredibly responsive and competent! The common areas are kept clean and well-maintained. SkyRec is a really nice bonus, but the amenities in general are really good for the price too. And public transit is really easily accessible too. If you're looking for a place in Lowertown, I can't recommend MPP more highly.
- YMYule MidgetteDec 3, 20251.0They are awful, manager is in your personal business, the building is not sanitary, they don't come out of office to know what's going on in the building. People smoking in apartments, nothing done don't shovel , the steps good. It's just a hot mess, here. Can't wait to move. I would not recommend moving here.
