- KDKyra DaltonOct 28, 20255.0New Tenant Alert! We have been here for two months now and so far it has been a wonderful. Our quiet apartment home is very comfortable and cozy. To begin, the office staff Millie and Lily both of theses ladies have been very accommodating very knowledgeable when it comes to the grounds. I love the fact that they are readily available and willing to answer any questions that I may have. I also enjoy the follow up phone calls after to make sure everything has been taken care of. We also have had the pleasure of meeting Junior after putting in a few maintenance request. He is very much on top of things making sure the request are fulfilled in a timely manner. He is another one who is very good with following up after to see if everything is working properly and to see if there are any questions regarding the request that have been taken care of. Lastly, I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor over the phone a few times this weekend. She was very helpful regarding our Luxor account helping me get that set and understanding how it works ..Customer service with a smile is very much appreciated!
- CMCindy MinorJan 7, 20255.0Whenever I have had a problem in my apartment, Jr has taken care of it. Jr always do it on time and don't make me feel like I'm bothering him and let's me know to just write up a ticket when something goes wrong in the apartment and he'll take care of it. Thank you Jr.
