  I don’t understand the reviews stating that their neighbors listen to them¿ The walls are concrete. You might be able to hear via the hallways, but that’s with any apartment complex.

  Beautiful property with so many amenities. Having all of your utilities included in rent besides your electricity and WiFi I something you can’t find everywhere. the option of heated underground parking has been a life saver to my older car as well in these Minnesota winters.. I would 100% recommend this property to all my friends and family

  I don’t recommend, it’s very weird here I’m pretty sure my neighbors listen to me everyday … the walls are thin in the rooms . I can clearly hear my neighbors and they can clearly hear me . It’s so weird man… I booked the suite once and I could hear the person next to my room the whole night .. if he would have said his bank information I would have been able to steal his identity and bank information. … I’m pretty sure staff knowa about this but nothing will be done because there not gonna spend money to knwo done every wall … but they could drop the prices of the apartments considering all the inconvenience that happen here. But they won’t do that either so just don’t come here .

  Old building … take that to consideration when moving in. It’s okay if ur getting government assistance but if ur paying almost $1,500 a month for there to be an issue with the building every month . I feel like the rent is too high for the issues that happen consistently.. I’ve asked around and it seems these issues happen every year… it’s not new at all. Ans that’s very unfortunate . I payed for an apartment with a nice view and I’m being told by maitemece that the spot I have is a bad location because there is heavy wind and most people put plastic in there window … what is the point of a view if I cannot use it? And how come If maitemece knew about this I wasn’t told before moving in It’s the middle of winter and there’s crack in my window and it’s been like this since November 2025 it’s now Jan 2026 … I’m mot sure if maitemece is used to covering things and doing the bare minimum … it’s honestly ridiculous.. the tub turned pink which is pink mold .. I’ve heard this happened to all the apartments in the building and they just scrape it off and it comes back again … the building needs heavy work and there avoiding it Don’t get me wrong staff is very nice but they don’t do there job properly The building is too big for the staff they have and there is too much maintenance issues for the prices they choose to keep. I do not recommend this place as of now hopefully they can fix these issues for the future .

  Honestly I’m weirded out by this place . My heat has been tempered with and I honestly don’t feel like staff or maintenance cares I could say more but I don’t want to seem rude . But I don’t recommit all . I’m not sure how these reviews are all 5 stars this place is odd. The staff seem nice but there Donr really do there job ans when u speak up they seem like they no longer like u . It’s just sad u have to come home to a problem every month … there an issue with the building every other month .. I still have 3 maintenance issues that haven’t been fixed yet . And I experienced pink mold . So I’m not sure about kid or health friendly. I don’t want to bash them but it’s honestly a 2/10 for me … nice view tho
