I was told we will come in the morning. Go asked to use your neighbor's bathroom. I have stage 3 kidney disease and no one came to fix my toilet. Nor did anyone get in touch with me after I made a complaint.

I always receive the same response, 'we'll have someone get back you as soon as we can.' No response yet after weeks of emails and calls. I'm looking for a safe and quiet place and I like this location, but how can I even get any information when no one gets back. Updating this review on the 17th of June and changing my three star review to one star. I left voicemail this week and sent email, no response to either. I wonder if this is how they respond to tenants concerns as well, because if it is, (and I think it's possible) then I wouldn't want to live there anyway.
