Welcome to the newly remodeled Terra Pointe Apartments. In 2016 our community underwent a complete “space lift”! We modernized all of our amenity areas and several of our apartments. Our new look, feel and layouts offer more space and better meet the needs of our active residents. We invite you to contact our leasing office and schedule a time to come tour our new “spaces” – our modern look and feel is definitely worth considering as you search for your new home.
PS. Make sure you tour our pooch friendly “spaces” as well; there’s no reason they need to “ruff” it, here at Terra Pointe!

- JRJet RobinsonDec 15, 20251.0Predatory towing practices implemented here. I was towed the first day I moved in within 4 hours. I was given the blue garage pass but the fob didn’t work. Parked outside then towed while moving in. We tried to replace 3 or 4 key fobs only for them not to work again so remained outside to park. What do you know we have been towed 4 more times since then (2 cars). This was due to snow plows but they never sent out a text or email as they usually do. One of the office staff claimed I got the emails and searched far/wide to discover NO EMAILS! In addition the environment is unsafe as well as unclean. The residents leave trash in the halls, trash outside the trash cans, even trash outside the laundry room trash shoots. The parking lot will be littered with trash from time to time. That’s embarrassing having guest coming over seeing this. Oh, and the shady guess that come hanging out on the staircase. I was told people had been shot and stabbed on the staircase. Now I see why, just weird interactions. Other note worthy things. The manager Sarah is good does her best but her staff are unprofessional. They can’t handle basic task such as maintenance request or even managing the package room. There is no energy or effort put towards it. Also the maintenance crew is understaffed. It took 2 months after we moved in to get the issues fixed that we listed when we moved in.

Not only will they tow you repeatedly and not send out text messages or emails regarding the snow plows but will dodge accountability by any means necessary. In addition, the residents tend to be violent or their company they bring. Do you like the smell of the devils lettuce weed? Well that’s the natural scent in the hall ways. I could add in multiple other factors but it’s not worth it. You have been warned!
