  I love living in this place, it is very well maintained, the different views are spectacular, I have been here for several years and I have moved house and everyone has been fantastic, there is something for everyone.

  I’ve lived at several bigos properties and am always impressed. This one is one of my favorites because I am on the 27th floor and the view is AMAZING. It is SO quiet and well maintained. The amenities are also unmatched

  As a current resident of Kellogg Square, I feel obligated to share my experience regarding the safety issues here. Recently, I WAS PHYSICALLY ATTACKED IN THE PARKING GARAGE BY AN UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL. I reported this incident immediately to Bigos Management and have not received ANY RESPONSE! This is not an isolated incident. Earlier this year, THERE WAS A SHOOTING IN A PUBLIC AREA OF THE BUILDING, AND MULTIPLE UNDERAGE INDIVIDUALS WERE INJURED. The building’s security is a third-party service that has LITTLE CONTROL OVER UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE ENTERING THE PREMISES. These individuals often ignore the security personnel, and no further measures have been taken to ensure who is coming in & out of the building for residents’ safety! My partner and I no longer feel safe living here, especially with a baby on the way. We have had homeless people make their way up to the 19th floor too many times. One time a homeless man fell asleep in the garbage room on our floor! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. My vehicle has been damaged and broken into many of time by UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE ENTERING THE PREMISES. Management says DEAL WITH IT with your car insurance as they aren't responsible for damage. I sincerely hope this review prompts management to address these security issues & system failures immediately, AS NO RESIDENT SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE IN FEAR FOR THEIR SAFETY IN THEIR OWN HOME. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING KELLOGG SQUARE TO RECONSIDER. UNTIL MANAGEMENT TAKES RESIDENT SAFETY SERIOUSLY, THIS BUILDING IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.

  Love the staff here they are extremely helpful and sweet plus they are on top of everything. The move-in process was so easy and fast thanks to Sonna, Sami, Steph, and Suzie. 😍(The S team)

  This is by far the best place I have ever lived! There is always someone in the rental office during business hours and the security company they contract with does an amazing job of keeping the building safe. Both the property managers and security are incredibly easy to get ahold of and work very hard to make sure that this place is running smoothly and that residents are comfortable. Stephanie especially is an all-star! I had a little issue with some pesky mice coming into my apartment during road construction season and she worked super hard to make sure that it was taken care of. She personally had pest control coming every week and would check in with me until the problem was solved. This is THE BEST manager I have ever experienced out of the six different companies I have lived under in 3 different states. The apartments themselves aren't anything fancy but they are very functional and the renovated ones are lovely. They are super spacious, especially for downtown. I loved the amenities and wish I would've used them more! The central heating/air cannot be beat, especially considering how expensive utilities can be these days. I don't recall paying more than $30 for my 1 bed share of the W/S/T & electric last year. Big kudos to the whole team! I miss my apartment here and my leaving was only due to life changes.
