No effort put into helping you with issues you bring up to them, make problems more complex than they need to be. It has taken weeks of back-and-forth emails and phone calls and they still have not resolved the issue with my portal and only repeat the same unhelpful advice. Horrible and way too complicated management.

A recent maintenance request I was informed the extraction fan in bathroom will be fixed when the roof extraction is fixed, as they are centrally connected.
