  Very poor tenant care and office/management customer service. The do not respond to incident reports for maintence issues even tho the rent continues to increase. Problems go unresolved for weeks even related to heat, air, door draft, appliance problems etc. I was injured as a result of an unsecured cieling panel on the elevator that collapsed on my head March 17th and caused a coconcussion for which I need therapy to recover. The corp managment office has refused to acknowledge the incident or provide any information on how to submit medical bills to their insurance so I can proceed with care. I will end up getting an attorney for something that could be so simple and this is inexcusable. Accidents happen but for a liability incident I've never seen such terrible business practices. To not even respond, appologize or do any of the required work of covering a simple liability claim for medical care from an incident that happened as a result of negligence at this property. Do not move you or your loved one's here.... they have greatly decline in management services.

  I would not recommend this place to anyone. Can’t wait to move out, garage is dirty and smells like smoke, hallways smell of cigarette smoke. My carpet was filthy when I moved in and never replaced by management. Very loud and obnoxious neighbors, dog free property yet there are people with dogs all over with no enforcement from management. Elevators often broken, loud screaming kids in the pool, the gym is so small it shouldn’t even be considered an amenity. This place is not at all worth the high rent compared to many other great options very close by in the highland park area.

  The best place I've lived so far. The staff are wonderful caring and communicative. The apartment space is beautiful and clean. The community is friendly and quiet.

  I Love Crosby Pointe Apartments. Very homey and everyone is very nice . Everyone including Management and maintenance are dedicated to keeping the apartment a nice place to live

  i’ve lived at Crosby Pointe for almost a year, i’ve never felt more at home in an apartment building! I feel safe and comfortable and the staff is so friendly!
