  This complex could be a premier location, however the newer clients this location has selected as renters is very sub-par at best. We will be moving when we find another place to rent or purchase. The interior noise level from the residence is way to loud. Police have been asked to come on property several times, management does not seem to care. The management at this location is known by those that rent here, the problem/problems will not be addressed. This applies only to the manager in charge... The rest of the staff is fabulous...

  Stayed here for a year. Very good place. Quiet and chill neighbors, management is not uppity and will help you with maintenance problems quickly and timely. Will be renting again here in a year or two as long as I get my security deposit back.

  The best place I've lived so far. The staff are wonderful caring and communicative. The apartment space is beautiful and clean. The community is friendly and quiet.

  I’ve lived here almost a year and love it. The added perks of a hot tub, pool and sauna put CP above and beyond most of the other complexes in the area. One thing in dire need of a makeover is the patio/balcony.
