He is quick to respond, knowledgable, and goes above and beyond. -Residents in the building are very friendly. -Units are good quality and well maintained. Large kitchens and nice washer and dryer. -Limited noise from neighbors as units are well insulated. -Easy walk to the nearby lakes. The walk through the neighborhood to Cedar Lake is pleasant. Cons -SLP water is very hard and does not smell or taste great. I would recommend a good water filter. -Dog poop is not always picked up. This is an issue with the entire neighborhood, so not necessarily Shoreham residents. Overall a very nice place to live. Marie and others with Bader/Shoreham were kind and accommodating during the move out process.

Beautifully put together complex with great amenities to complement! The apartments themselves are elegantly styled and have the BIGGEST walk in closets in any rental I've seen. But above all, the management team of Heidi and Landon put this place above all. Their care for the residents goes above and beyond you'd expect of someone in their position. They made living here, especially during the pandemic, an absolute joy.
