The office is responsive, there's semi-frequent events/food trucks in the summer, the maintenance team is kind, and everyone seems to remember me even though I hardly ever have problems that need assistance. Callout to Jay specifically, man earns his keep.
- DHDom HendriccsMay 16, 20245.0I have to say I’m highly satisfied with the customer service,hospitality , and rapid fast response with maintenance that park pointe provides unfortunately I had a mishap with my sons blanket and Miss Tori (The property manager) was not only on site ready to help me and it was near closing she replaced my sons blanket and it was more of a sentimental thing I was ecstatic the way she was understanding and very heart to heart while maintaining her professionalism is something they must teach leasing agents everywhere I am very much grateful to have park pointe as a home I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND WILL BE RENEWING THANK YOU MISS TORI!!!!!!!!!

Even non-emergency maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours. The apartments themselves are very nice and are being updated on a regular basis. The location couldn't be more convenient. However, what really sets them apart, in my experience, is how extraordinarily helpful and professional the staff are. They go above and beyond every day in ways that make living here an absolute delight!
