- MMMiss MillerOct 8, 20251.0I recently moved to Minneapolis from Houston Texas. I drove past this building. It looked pretty. I googled it and I saw their website. It looks like a place that I’d like to live. I called for a tour. The woman on the phone acted Like she couldn’t be bothered to give me a tour she asked me what my budget was, which was her first question clearly I saw the prices on the website and I wouldn’t be calling if I couldn’t afford to live there I felt very “pretty woman” vibes on the phone I wanted to see a studio or a one bedroom She said she couldn’t tour me till next week. It is Wednesday at 11:30 in the morning and I said well can I come today and at least see the building and the amenities and what you have to offer and perhaps look at a model and see what the building is like ? I suggested a 30 minute timeframe and she said can you come later? She couldn’t be bothered to show me an apartment so if she can’t make time for me then I can’t make time to go tour here. No wonder all these beautiful glamorous buildings are sitting empty in Minneapolis because the leasing agents could give a crap whether to get off their butt to show you the actual unit or not. I am disgusted and disgraced by how I was treated and I won’t be making this my home. Minnesota nice ? More like pretentious snobs.

I also went to tour the apartment complex and I could see the leasing agent in her office texting on her cellphone as my calls from the call box went to voicemail. Very strange so I left entirely and am no longer interested in this place.
