  Lived here for a little over two years and loved it! Awesome management and very little to complain about. Concrete walls allow you to have a grill on the balcony, and you can’t hear your neighbors through them. Appliances worked great, maintenance requests were always handled quickly and easily, and the Luxor package room was also really nice to have. Other little conveniences include your very own refillable laundry card for the washers/dryers instead of dealing with quarters. You get a keyfob for building entry, access to a rentable party room, an outdoor pool, and a workout room. The neighborhood and location are also very much worth mentioning. You have almost immediate access to uptown, a few walking and biking trails, a park, highways 7 and 100, Cub, Aldi, and multiple Targets within a couple miles. I highly recommend this place to live!

  Park Towers is a really great place to live! The thick concrete walls make it a quiet place to live. The balcony is also made of concrete which allows for grilling right in your own home, instead of sharing a communal one. Work orders are always taken care of right away. The management staff are really nice and take time to get to know you by name. The pool in the summer is so awesome and clean! Cheap Uber rides to Uptown or Downtown. We are only leaving because we bought a house. Totally recommend Park Towers!!
