I put in a request to get some stuff fix in my bathroom, put the request in the day it happened and the they didn’t response to it or fix anything for almost 2 weeks, and that’s with me calling multiple times to get someone to come fix the issue. When someone finally came and fix the issue, I wasn’t home, and when I came home not only did the problems not fixed. My bathroom was absolutely disgusting the way they left it. Dirty black marks were everywhere on my bathroom wall, my toilet seat was up and there was stuff in there that they didn’t bother to flush after using it. My towel was on the floor looking like it was used to clean things off the floor. That is absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I put in a maintenance request, it takes days for it to be fix and sometimes I have to call to get someone to come to fix the damn issue. For how much I paid for rent for this place, I should be able to at least have some maintenance issues fix in a timely manner and not have someone come into my place and make it all dirty and disgusting when I’m not home. Do better.

The office is responsive, there's semi-frequent events/food trucks in the summer, the maintenance team is kind, and everyone seems to remember me even though I hardly ever have problems that need assistance. Callout to Jay specifically, man earns his keep.
