The office is responsive, there's semi-frequent events/food trucks in the summer, the maintenance team is kind, and everyone seems to remember me even though I hardly ever have problems that need assistance. Callout to Jay specifically, man earns his keep.

- ASAndrew ScarbroughMar 6, 20231.0I do not rent here, but was not allowed to tour the facilities due to being unable to verify my identity on a 3rd party app that requires you to scan your ID before they will show you units. I tried 3 seperate times at 10 minutes a piece including once at the office with management who couldn't get the app to work either. Due to "policy" and not getting their shoddy app to work, they would not allow me to tour units, even with a perfectly valid ID. If this is how they treat prospective residents, why would I want to move here!?
