  Welcome to Lou Park where you pay your own sorrow, sleepless nights, smelly environment and lazy administration at the office. We lived here two years and this was our worst experiences ever. Our first year, my wife was pregnant and she barely slept most of the nights. We had a rude residents above us who always made loud noises and banged the floor regardless of what time it’s at night. They could play basket ball at 2am. Second year was the same when our daughter was born. They could wake her up at anytime. She could not sleep during the day or at night. We tried to reach out for help, recorded audios and videos and shared with the office. They did not do anything. They used to pour water on our balcony too. We recorded a video and sent them. They did nothing. If fact, they blamed us. We experienced two years of hell and I could not help my wife and daughter. We finally moved out this October. Please, do not move here and take your hard earned money else where. You can find better apartments with same prices. Please, do not bother to post your phone or email for customer complaint reach out because we will not contact you. You had two years to fix this.

  This apartment complex is so bad. first when we moved in nothing was done, I mean cleaning. the heat was broken, dishwasher isn’t working properly. the haet was fixed after one year. the manager don’t care anything. They never answered the phone or call you back. upstairs neighbor was so rude, like water coming into balcony, running and noise late at night. we complained so many times and the manager didn’t do anything. everything was so bad. ok future residents if you wanna buy your own money stress, sleep disorder this is sure your place. this place is old and built poorly so prepare yourself to hear everything happening upstairs. The hallway smells so bad. the laundry room specifically floor 1 was never clean you can find dirty clothes left there for weeks. another thing makes hard to live this place was the parking, if you worked late you can’t find parking space. that was very common problem in this property. since the building has multiple entry there is only one security camera. and you can see unfamiliar faces anytime coming in or leaving. You can hear crying, screaming kids in the hallway late at night, not just one or twice I mean multiple times every night. The maintenance guy Rudey, He is the best. He fixes everything fast and he knows how to handle things. Thank you Rudey🙏 Warren is the only person who answered our complaints, the whole management team and he did everything in his power to fix things, about noise complaints and disrespectful neighbors. Thank you for listening and understanding those situations. I will never recommend to anyone to live this place. go and find somewhere else.
