So why did he come in and make it worse if there was "nothing he could do ". The shower has a leak in it, a "professional" wasn't able to fix it yet my dad came by afterwards and fixed that guy's mess up AND fixed the shower head. I don't get the point of a "professional" maintenance team that can't fix things someone who isn't a professional could. The maintenance guy made the bathtub faucet stop working I sent an email about this to era on excelsior so hopefully that gets reviewed because this isn't the first time maintenance has made an issue worse in the apartment

Obviously the club house and amenities are fantastic, but I truly appreciate the communication from the leasing office via emails (about events, reminders, information etc.) and how quick the maintenance team follows up with work orders. It is nice and quiet at night but you are still in a prime location to do a ton of stuff the city has to offer. I’ve been here for a year and happy to have renewed for another.
