  I’ve been a resident here for just over 3 months it’s been absolutely great! The property is meticulously maintained and the whole staff did great when it came to getting my place ready and application completed! Rex was my agent and his follow up call was the reason I chose this property! He was super knowledgeable and didn’t overly sell the space, just as a good leasing agent should. Overall would highly recommend living here. I can’t wait for them to get the pool open.

  I toured these units with my daughter who is thinking to move home. We really liked the building itself, nice modern look and reasonably priced. The man who showed us around, Rex, seemed short with us and ill-prepared for our visit. He acted like we were hobos from the street

  As a first-time apartment renter, I’ve had a smooth and positive experience from the initial tour all the way through move-in. The leasing office has been wonderful to work with—they responded to my emails promptly and were very accommodating, even making multiple adjustments to my lease to fit my moving needs. The building and its amenities are well maintained, and having access to those amenities has been an unexpected bonus that I now use regularly. The building is also generally quiet, and it’s convenient to have shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only concern so far is noise. The walls and windows don’t block sound very well, so I can hear quite a bit from outside. There’s a train that runs frequently, including during the night which could be bothersome for light sleepers. I can also hear neighbors’ washers and dryers when they’re in use, and I assume they can hear mine as well. Overall, though, I’m very pleased with my experience here!

  Generally speaking, maintenance in my apartment has been prompt and effective. However, the maitenance in the halls has been less than acceptable. The carpets, newly-installed approx 3 years ago, are getting stained and those stains are not removed promptly.
