  This building was extremely run down & poorly ran. The front desk person often gave my fiancé an attitude & always seemed to be in a bad mood. We had an issue with the plumbing several times, the light switch flickered at night giving scary movie vibes. Very low vibrational if you ask me.

  This place is run down, if you do a thorough walk through of the building and pay attention you’ll notice it. Management is poor, the lady who works in the office who’s been there for years is usually in a pissy mood and is very rude. I lived on the first floor and that was a big mistake. There is a train that runs every 30’min in the back parking lot of the building and I could feel my apartment shake everytime. You’ll hear every footstep of whoever’s living above you. Overall the building is outdated for the price and if you are looking forward to using the amenities just make sure to have $500 for a deposit fee. The apartment is split into 2 sections 2501-2105 from what I saw there seems to be a certain demographic that’s subjected to one side and all the others get the other side.

  The apartment my friends and I rented was probably one of the best you could get in the complex, and was fairly nice. However, I would never want to return to this place. The management is quite poor, and we should have saw the red flags when they arose. For example, there were quite a few broken and non-working items when we first moved into the apartment. Who paid to fix them? Us, even though we had nothing to do with their previous usage. Not a big deal, and only really angered me when we moved out and had money taken out of my security deposit to pay for more "broken" things that worked fine but I'm pretty sure they just wanted to replace. We also notified management when we moved in the exact date we would be moving out. We failed to get a copy of this notification we gave them in writing, and lo and behold when it came time for us to move out they claimed we hadn't given them notice. We had no evidence other than our word, and had to pay an extra month's worth of rent despite no one living there. These are just a couple of ways you get screwed out of money here, there are more, but you should get the idea now. **If you do not follow my warning about not renting here**: please record everything. Take pictures/video of things when you move in and out. Make copies of EVERY communication with management. You HAVE to be responsible if you don't want to get screwed. And they WILL try to screw you, you'll just have evidence to refute it.
