- BBBonnie Burnson4 days ago4.0Generally speaking, maintenance in my apartment has been prompt and effective. However, the maitenance in the halls has been less than acceptable. The carpets, newly-installed approx 3 years ago, are getting stained and those stains are not removed promptly.

- LLLilyJul 28, 20251.0This building was extremely run down & poorly ran. The front desk person often gave my fiancé an attitude & always seemed to be in a bad mood. We had an issue with the plumbing several times, the light switch flickered at night giving scary movie vibes. Very low vibrational if you ask me.

Management is poor, the lady who works in the office who’s been there for years is usually in a pissy mood and is very rude. I lived on the first floor and that was a big mistake. There is a train that runs every 30’min in the back parking lot of the building and I could feel my apartment shake everytime. You’ll hear every footstep of whoever’s living above you. Overall the building is outdated for the price and if you are looking forward to using the amenities just make sure to have $500 for a deposit fee. The apartment is split into 2 sections 2501-2105 from what I saw there seems to be a certain demographic that’s subjected to one side and all the others get the other side.
