- JDJasmira DurakovicFeb 15, 20221.0They are terrible of cleaning ice. There is ice always on stairs, they almost never put any salt on sidewalks and stairs. Considering they have seniors living here this is crazy, I hope someone falls and sues them. I never seen this in any apartments so far. Just to answer to owner: yes this was in evening, but I been there during the day and it’s the same. I seen people fall, almost fall there. These stairs all like this all winter it does not matter what time of the day. No one cleans them. I think owner should have surprise visit to see for your self.

I was thrilled with Daniel, Emily and the manager who was training Emily in. They were so kind, super helpful and courteous when talking to me on the phone, in person and while showing me the GORGEOUS apartment 🤗❤️❤️ THE APARTMENT IS A STUNNER!! And the layouts are really accommodating for different pieces of furniture. I had looked at two other competing apartment complexes and this one hands down was 1000 times better. There is NO junk laying around the property, patios look nice, clean, no broken blinds in the windows and there were no kids bikes or toys strewn about. The perfect NON-SMOKING place for ADULT empty nester living! SUPER excited to start my new next chapter with LEGENDS 😍😍. THANK YOU EMILY FOR THE GREAT TOUR! I am sure you will have a super successful career! POSITIVELY AMAZING!! 😁🤗🤗☀️☀️
