I feel safe here, walking the area, my Apartment is great for us. Everyone is very pleasant, Legends maintenance and staff are very pleasant and always come when needed.

Also the smell of marijuana is frequent in the halls. The management is good, but the corporation is not taking care of the building, need more maintenance personnel .
- BCBecky ChildersMar 19, 20194.0I had rated these nice apartments at 5 stars. I’m now lowering that to 4 stars because this was advertised as senior living not family living. Don’t get me wrong, I love younger people and children but the age of people living here seems to be getting younger everyday. I knew there may be a few people who were 50 who still had families living with them but I didn’t realize there would be this many young people and children in our building. The building clearly says “Senior Living” so there should be a limit to how many younger people are allowed to live here. There is a housing need for family living also but seniors deserve not to be mislead by it being called “Senior living.” Many actual seniors are moving out because it’s not actually senior housing. In the summer when the windows were open, we could hear young people in the parking lot returning from parties or events at 2AM. I’m retired and would like the lifestyle of a true senior building. As a senior you are at a different stage of your life and appreciate a more quiet and mature group of neighbors in your building when you are home. On the positive side, it’s beautiful, it’s in a very walkable area and the staff are very nice and friendly. It’s just not exclusively for seniors.
