  Love this place, nice spacious apartments, with all the amenities. The management staff are very nice.

  I very much like my living here at Legends. I live here with my dog, Bruce, he is my ESA animal and the living here is the best for us. I feel safe here, walking the area, my Apartment is great for us. Everyone is very pleasant, Legends maintenance and staff are very pleasant and always come when needed.

  They say Senior Living, 50+, but they allow anyone to live here as long as one renter is over 50. Therefore, you have Grandma, her kids and her grandkids living in one apartment. I am aware of 8 family members living in a 3 bedroom! As a senior, you DONT WANT to hear kids running around the hallways or stomping on the floor above you. Dont want to hear crying babies either. That is EXACTLY why one made the choice to live in SENIOR living. If I wanted this atmosphere, I would could live anywhere any for less. Also know, after 7 months, they raised our rent $100! This is supposed to be low income, meaning, you must have a yearly income of no more than a certain amount. This would mean most are on fixed incomes, but they raised the rent $100. They dont tell you this before signing, but they can increase the rent as often as they chose! They allow vouchers so they know if they increase rent, all those on Section 8 will have no issue paying as the county makes up the difference. Since opening 8 months ago, we have experienced theft from the underground parking, depends being left in hallways, items stolen from the great room kitchen and kids peering in Windows of those on the main floor. The 'families are allowing teenagers, who dont live there, to come in and out of the building and live with them for extended periods of time. As a senior, I dont feel safe at all. Management has lied and does not inform you of anything I mentioned above before you sign your lease. They are of the 'if you dont ask, they dont tell thinking. There is so much more I could say, but am sure you get the point. This IS NOT senior living! If you wsnt to live where EVERYONE living in the building must be over 55, then dont live here! With all of the issues we have been having recently with theft and safety, the cost to live here IS NOT worth your money!
