I've been living here about a month now and everything has been great so far. There are a lot of negative reviews for this property - don't let that deter you from checking it out. My experience has been nothing but positive. Things aren't perfect, but in community living, nothing ever will be perfect to everyones standards. Melissa (leasing) was great with getting me all the info/resources I needed for applying and was always responsive. Jennifer (property manager) was very kind and also gave resources for the "just in case" scenarios. Upon move in as I was doing the walk through inspection, there were a few things that needed some fixing/attention inside the apartment. Nothing major. Joe (maintenance) took care of each item and was very respectful & thorough. The apartment was very clean with a really nice neutral color of fresh paint throughout, new appliances, and new carpet. The bedrooms are big with plenty of space, no signs of any bugs or rodents. I've really enjoyed it here so far, it's very quiet & peaceful where I am. I've had no issues with the laundry on site, no issues with parking, the office gives out notices to upcoming events in a timely manner, and we are really looking forward for the pool to open up upon the inspection from the County! Thank you to the staff here for making this stressful time in my life a bit more easier and comfortable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has been an absolute nightmare. Months and months of plumbing issues with no response, roaches, 2 washing machines for the entire building and half the time only 1 works. Packages get stolen. Sketchy neighbors with a few exceptions. Pool hasn’t worked since we moved in 3 years ago and they say it will be up and running every summer, not a chance. Why am I paying an absurd amount in rent for a pool we can’t use. The heat also doesn’t work half the time. Genuinely wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies. The list of issues seems endless at this point

This place is garbage. Do not live here. Slumlords, unresponsive maintenance, horrible parking (terrible towing company), overpriced, sketchy neighbors, people steal your packages, a pool thats been down for years (but they say itll be up and running every summer). For someone who needed an apartment 2 and a half years ago, this place was actually fine. As time has gone on, the disrepair of this place and the lack of care is very evident. They want us to review the apartment for them, and this is what I have. I have genuinely lost sleep of fear that my plumbing will go wrong, and it has. Moldy warped cupboards from one leak we had, no cabinet repairs nothing. I don't really have a single nice thing to say about this apartment, other than some of your neighbor can be some really great people. Do not live here unless it is absolutely necessary.

I only lived here for 3 1/2 months before my boyfriend and I decided to end our lease early. If you live in the main building with the rental office in it, expect NOT to get a parking spot in your lot after 8pm. It isn't so bad in the summer because you can park on the street; however, in the winter it's a different story. You have to park in the other parking lots which is almost a full block away; that is a freezing walk in the winter when it's -20 degrees out. It's ridiculous. They show the place as "renovated", however, it's not at all. It's new stuff slapped together poorly to say the least. Our "new" dishwasher broke at least 3-4 times while leaving here for the short time that we did. The toilet wasn't properly screwed into the ground so it would move. One day we woke up to maintenance knocking on our bedroom door at 10am to fix it. He just came into our apartment, and it wasn't even an emergency! Our fuses would constantly blow. We couldn't have the tv, dining room light, and stove on all at once or else everything would shut off. The manager said, "that's normal for a small apartment". The hallways ALWAYS stink super bad. Sometimes when I would take a bath, the water would be brown/yellow, and I would have to drain the tub and let the water run for 5 min until it was clear again. Sooo gross! Also, when the heat was turned on in October, we found that our vents were leaking brown/black water. It was disgusting! It's waaaaay overpriced for the quality of apartment you are getting. Highly highly recommend not living here.
