  P.O.S. apartments, garbage everywhere. Management on site is terrible. Putting one star cause zero stars isn't an option. Go elsewhere, do not live here. Don't let anyone you care about live here.

  I've been living here about a month now and everything has been great so far. There are a lot of negative reviews for this property - don't let that deter you from checking it out. My experience has been nothing but positive. Things aren't perfect, but in community living, nothing ever will be perfect to everyones standards. Melissa (leasing) was great with getting me all the info/resources I needed for applying and was always responsive. Jennifer (property manager) was very kind and also gave resources for the "just in case" scenarios. Upon move in as I was doing the walk through inspection, there were a few things that needed some fixing/attention inside the apartment. Nothing major. Joe (maintenance) took care of each item and was very respectful & thorough. The apartment was very clean with a really nice neutral color of fresh paint throughout, new appliances, and new carpet. The bedrooms are big with plenty of space, no signs of any bugs or rodents. I've really enjoyed it here so far, it's very quiet & peaceful where I am. I've had no issues with the laundry on site, no issues with parking, the office gives out notices to upcoming events in a timely manner, and we are really looking forward for the pool to open up upon the inspection from the County! Thank you to the staff here for making this stressful time in my life a bit more easier and comfortable.

  This was about 3 years ago but it looks like I never gave it the review it deserved, was feeling salty about it today so here you go. First moved in and management gave us the wrong keys so that was the first red flag. By the time I moved out there was new management. There was a civil dispute between my roommate and I and the management decided to take his side, they changed the locks on me with 6-7 weeks still left on my lease. I asked them like.. um my roommate changed the locks what are you going to do about it? and they were like, oh no we changed the locks, we're going to need your key back. HUGE LEGAL LIABILITY but I played nice since I'd already moved most of my stuff out and was just doing a sweep through. They treated me like a criminal even though I never did anything. I signed a paper saying I agreed to giving up my key because I didn't want to have to deal with it, but you'd think the proper course of action would be to say "oh I'm so sorry heres a copy of the new key, this really isn't our business, im sorry please dont sue us" instead they asked me to sign the thing and I kind of regret not saying no and calling a lawyer.
