- JJJulian5 days ago2.0The apartments themselves are nice and clean. However the towing company they have on payroll WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE to tow a vehicle. Tags out of date and you run the risk of getting towed from the parking lot you pay rent every month to park in. Any little expense that they can get out of a resident they will try. The people in the office are very nice and I enjoy my living space but be prepared for extra fees every month.
- CMCatherine MedinaDec 20, 20251.0My apartment full of bugs when I moved in when I was told they cleaned it for me, unfair parking being told to park outside if someone parks in my space when I pay to have a garage! Packages stolen easily even when In delivery room and can’t even help me find who took it (allegedly placed cameras in there) and just expect me to buy a new one. Most importantly they never clean outside AT ALL when it’s snowing so the snow just stays there and tv whole parking lot and everything is full of just straight ice after a day or two and never do anything about it.

Based on my personal experience, they only send emails and never communicate directly. They towed my car just to clear snow; they didn't knock on my door or call me, they just towed it without any warning other than a general email. Don't come here, there are many better options, and they only provide service in English.
