- LHLane HeisingerNov 4, 20252.0Yeah don’t come to these apartments off the jump these guys just falsely advertised everything, they claimed that our first entire month of rent was free, it wasn’t because we had to pay rent an entire week early from our actual date we were supposed to because they told us that they needed more time cleaning, then they tell us they’re gonna give us a target gift card after our tour of the house and signing the lease and we had to literally call them and tell them to give us our target gift card after almost an entire month of us waiting, on top of that this place smelled like straight bleach from the jump of walking into the place it was horrible, also i had a package that was delivered a couple days ago and ive been trying to access the package room and the butterfly MX machine doesn’t even give me access to it, i called the office and they told me they had someone here to “fix it” and i just got home today from work and i STILL can’t access it, along with that the residents here are just as inconsiderate, people leave their clothes in the washing machines and dryers for DAYS at a time and don’t even bother coming to change them until THEY FEEL LIKE IT and on top of that the parking is awful, charging 60 dollars for a spot is outrageous and the free parking barely even has enough spots to fit everyone so it’s every man for themselves when everyone gets home at the end of the night and also the fact that i get charged for the amenities is outrageous because how are you gonna tell me you have a “sports simulator” but all of the equipment is gone? and your excuse is that “oh the kids like to take the equipment to the pool and play with it” and the lounge area is awful because all of the pool sticks don’t even have the rubber tips in them so why even bother using the clubhouse other than for the diner area and that’s it, honestly pretty disappointed in this place and i really had high hopes
