  I wouldn’t move here if you can avoid it. The price of rent is cheaper here so I understand the appeal. Despite what the clubhouse may lead you to believe the rest of the apartment complex is extremely old and many problems pop up. For example my heating pipes would start making a banging noise during the night that caused me to loose sleep for weeks until it was finally taken care of. Hallways would be missing door handles for long periods of time. My dishwasher went out and hasn’t been fixed. I saw a roach in a cabinet today so I’m guessing there is an infestation within the building. For the price they charge I would recommend either finding another place for the extra money it will save you in the long run. The leasing agents and maintenance people are nice and will try and help you out, but the upper management leaves a lot to be desired. It took over a month for them to send over paperwork to add someone to my lease and during that time they wouldn’t respond to any emails. Snow removal is a joke here as well. Over the entire winter it got plowed maybe 4 times. The lack of removal would lead to the lots and sidewalks to become sheer ice. Honestly for older people it would be dangerous. Once again the extra money per month for a newer/better renovated place would be most likely worth it. Hope this could help!

  This place has its pros and cons. Police patrol the property which is nice because it provides a sense of safety. As well as the apartments themselves are rather nice compared to other affordable apartments. However, the constant smell of weed and cigarettes throughout the interior of the buildings is highly annoying especially for them being a "Smoke Free" property. The laundry room in itself is a whole other issue. While they are kept clean and tidy, people will leave their clothes in the washing and or drying machines for hours if not a day or a two at a time which is incredibly inconsiderate to those living here. To top it all the noise complaints aren't well handled. At least for the building I was in having the issue of children running around at Midnight. Overall, this place does have its pros and cons, but I do believe they can definitely make it a better place. It would just be nice to see the property management taking some of the issues and concerns more into consideration instead of just sending a reminder or notice through an email which results in nothing changing for the better. Again, this place isn't the worst but also could be pushed to be a lot better.

  The place is terrible. When I first moved in they gave me the wrong apartment a good thing I did not sign the lease. It seemed like they tried to pull one of those moves where they show you a different apartment and then when you sign the lease you know it’s completely different than what you toured also during my tour the leasing office agent opens up an apartment that she’s supposed to be showing me and it is still occupied with somebody in there. She hurried up and close the door and turns around and tells me oh I’m sorry that unit is not available right now. That should’ve been my first red flag and last red flag because after I told them that they gave me the wrong apartment they then told me that they had already given the apartment to somebody else, but they hadn’t moved in yet later on we got that issue resolved, and I was in the apartment that I originally applied for because I applied for that apartment first that they gave my apartment away to somebody else. They didn’t stated that you get $150 target gift card when you move in after your first week I did not receive that gift card until three months later after going back-and-forth with them because they told me that they already gave me the gift card multiple times. I finally got the gift card when I told them to show me proof that they sent the gift card. That’s when I got the gift card. They do not do anything about noise complaints. I went to the office to complain about a unit. What should they told me that unit has seven other noise complaints on them and you know what their response was well we’re just not going to send them a lease renewal instead of actually resolving the issue. Three months after I was already moved in they told me hey you did not sign your lease first that makes no sense because what apartment building will let me in their apartment without signing the lease. I have photo proof that I signed that lease before I came in here so what happened is they lost my lease and then tried to act like if I didn’t sign my lease instead of just admitting hey sorry we had a mistake. We lost your lease. Can you come back and sign the lease for us again that is the type of people that you’re dealing with they put you in the wrong apartment. They then lose your lease and then they don’t do anything about a noise complaint over and over and over and then they won’t send you that target gift card until you go back-and-forth with them and they realize you’re not going to stand down. Also to finish this off finally they will have maintenance do work on apartments, which is very loud and obviously will disturb you asleep and they will not notify you of the disturbance coming. They will not tell you about it at all. You will just wake up to allow noise and that’s what it is. There’s no heads up at all. Half of the outlets in the apartment don’t work and then when you touch that heater on the floor like anybody that’s touring make sure you touch the heater on the floor just give it a little kick. I guarantee you it’s just gonna fall off like the little plate above the heater it will fall off certain things in the apartment just give it a little tap and you’ll start to see your apartment just fall apart. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. This is by far the worst place I’ve stay in my whole life.

  Rent rates are good. The property is clean. Knowledgeable staff.
